STRUCTURE

So everyone wants to know the exact structure of the matrix as it stands - this way they can see for themselves how it works and the integrity employed in the coding. And so they shall. We understand. We all have to know. It is a complex matrix of finely engineered components. Timing, engagement, transactions and the analysis of figures, assumptions, among other things, are taken into account. First we have to reveal the foundation upon which the structure sits.
 
One of Einstein's most famous quotations is as follows:
 
"No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it"
 

STASIS QUO

Status seen from an unschooled viewpoint leaves us to draw the conclusion that stasis has set in.
 
It has been going on for some time now. Here we are 'inside the box' of one level of consciousness, constantly creating more ideas inside the box about what we think is outside the box and yet progress is astonishingly slow. Einstein is correct because the result of this is devastating.
 
From inside the box we are inventing things, having new ideas and yet all of those ideas are based on what we've already been taught and what the teachers have already been taught and back further than we know. That's why they say there is nothing new which is indeed an idea in itself that has been handed down as well. It's even in the Bible and it's inherent in the practice of Roman teaching right down the line. 
 
This makes it very difficult for new ideas and inventions to take hold. Clearly, men and women have imagination. Ideas arise from outside - from space, from infinity and yet the majority of these ideas end up covered in dust, broken rejected in patent offices and never manifested from within the box. 
 
And there's another reason for that. Those whose ideas have already taken root and are making 'money' seriously resist ideas coming in from anywhere else because their living or their position or their power over others is threatened by other ideas - or as they see it - other people. 
 

So how do we overcome that? We need to overcome it because the status quo becomes virtually static. In fact past civilisations have crumbled because the pressure of conflicting ideas start wars which rage to get profit from science and blood sacrifice from religion. If we take a look around now - wars rage, factions fight, religions fight with each other and spill each other's blood, Scientists fight with each other by discrediting other scientists when their ideas appear to conflict with their own.
 
Corporations build patent portfolios for legal battles. Publishing houses steal the life force out of authors and musicians while pretending to create property rights for them. In the meantime all property rights in money and real estate have evaporated. Who benefits?  Is it the artists? No. Is it the inventors? No. Is it the programmers and coders? No. Is it the public? certainly not.  It is the publishing and manufacturing corporations. The originators are inevitably the last in the queue for the cash.
 
It is obvious what is happening yet we seen unable to steer the course of our own destiny - or perhaps the idea of that in itself, is an idea we cannot yet comprehend, like the Hatter in Alice who was trapped in time for singing a song the Red Queen disliked. He was only dubbed 'mad' later. Lewis Carol called him simply the Hatter.

OUT OF THE BOX

How is it possible therefore to confine this to the box within we reside? Hegelian argument tries to confuse this by saying an idea is merely a notion yet even copyrighting a notion is uncertain logic.  Having new ideas is dangerous. It is safe only when the philosophical concepts don't cut across anybody else's. Small ideas are safe, for example make something that tastes better (recipe books are always popular) or when the ideas merely save a little time (or save a lot of time in the case of electronic inventions) it is also safe if new ideas help governments to make better weapons because their current obsession is to dominate other countries who have weapons.
 
Governments are composed of corporations and corporations are are made out of people. However they don't act like men and women because they are devoid of heart that men and women do have. Heart is a defining aspect of humanity and engenders imagination, goodness, love and the things that are inherent within men and women individually. A corporation is represented therefore by any individual from the receptionist to the chairman and in these times the representation is usually AVM (automatic voice message).
 
Corporations can serve as a useful construct as has been demonstrated by Ricardo Semler who is an innovator in an organisation called Semco that has thousands of employees operating autonomously as a group. It is doing phenomenally well - demonstrating without a doubt that treating men and women well and giving them accountability and responsibility works. That's special and out of the box. 
 
Normal corporations operate from alchemic doctrine even though they have, in legal terms, been awarded the same 'rights' as men and women. This confusion relating to representation and therefore accountability causes mayhem.
 
We cannot dictate the seat of imagination in matter.
We cannot trace a thought or the evolution of hope in matter.

A bewildering variety of phenomena spawned a vast number of different ideas all of which seemed extremely powerful to those who gained reputations, power and fortunes from the torrent of ideas. They wanted to keep their precious ideas secret because they thought their power lay in the ideas themselves.

RIGHT ACTION

Easy words to speak, inspiring words to read about, easy to listen to and think about and hard to do when it is by a rule that applies to what we must do. We must gather our sustenance in order to act upon our thoughts.
 
Actions follow thoughts according to the law. Law simply, determines our actions which feed our needs at the time. What do we all want? We want shelter from the the wind and the sun, from the rain and the ice, We want to drink and eat, We want companionship, We want a purpose.. We want meaning. We want good.
 
Good is manifested in right action creates the good and the beautiful. Feeling good comes right after right action. According to the state of peace we are in, feeling joy can accompany us along the way.
 
To create we communicate.
 
Common law is timelessly the agreement of the men and women on the land the things we do are determined by the words we utter and then write down – the words we live by.
 
There is a reason for every single, little thing we do or act upon Actions are, according to scientists and who have been measuring the impulses in our brain. They ask 'what is consccious?, what is sub conscious (or unconscious)?'  
 
Actions are the result of feelings and instincts that we engender. Actions can come from how we feel as well as our thinking in autopilot (subconscious) according to the rules we live by. Right action comes along with the fusion of Reason and Feeling acting at their most elevated capacity.
 
The difference between rules and common law Roman law is a series of rules, in other words based on many different old agendas including: The safety of persons' property, bailment, what rights people have, what rights corporate bodies have and extracting money from men and women for singular and discrete reasons. It is still a 'law' for example that London Taxis must carry a bail of hay for the purpose of feeding their horses. Rules relate to the past and die in their meaning to new generations of individual men and woman.
 
Common law, on the other hand is a process where a principle is adopted universally because it is seen to work for society - 'do not harm another' – an example of which is "do not steal'. Common law addresses the harm according to the actions and circumstance which is different from any other circumstance. It is therefore alive to the time at hand, pertinent, relevant and precise, It is current and therefore real.
 
Briefly, that is why common law is superior to Roman law.
 
Right action may incorporate such rules as are appropriate since Roman Law also acts as a guideline if only in terms of a historical basis. Roman law thus has its uses. Right Action is just that. There can be no doubt of what is right because it is based on 'yea yea nay nay' to questions and answers on record which are part of the circumstance of the action itself.
